We encourage you to personalize your space and create a home that reflects your style. Just keep in mind that any decor or modifications should be easily reversible, and the apartment should be maintained in good condition throughout your stay.

We understand plans can change. If you need to end your lease early, you’ll be responsible for prorated rent until the apartment is re-rented, or two months’ rent plus any move-in concessions received for early termination.

A 30-day notice is required before moving out, along with completion of the move-out form.

Your security deposit refund is typically mailed within 21 days after move-out.

The security deposit for your apartment is $750. A $200 holding fee is due to reserve your home, and the remaining $550 is paid at move-in.

No, utilities are not included in the rent and are billed separately to each resident.

Wi-Fi service is available through AT&T, Xfinity, or Verizon, giving you flexible options to stay connected.
